The Reformer is the most popular of the pilates equipment. A Reformer session will tone and lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total body workout. Sessions available as a private, duo, or group.
Cadillac
This is one of the original pieces of machinery used by Joseph Pilates. Originally captured in a hospital bed with the use of springs and bars, this piece of equipment can perform over 200 exercises! This machine will challenge one in multiple planes, including upside down.
Stability Chair
This piece of equipment, also known as the Wunda Chair, is appropriate for both elite athletes and rehab patients. The stability chair is great for pre-natal clients because it allows for upright exercise. This chair is deceiving, it also allows for many advanced exercises that require total body strength and control!
Barrels
There are several barrel options in pilates. The largest is the ladder barrel. This piece is fun and challenging! Because of the small, rounded surface area, it requires a great deal of control, body awareness, and strength. Small arc barrels are also used to accommodate different body types and add variety to mat work.
BOSU

Spine Supporter
This piece of equipment is often requested for home use because of it is so comfortable! The spine supporter is used to isolate the lower abdominals as well as to reduce tension of the cervical spine.
The Edge
A large wedge that is used to challenge and add variety to mat exercises.

Ladder Barrel
