S2S Hard Core (45 minutes)
Welcome to our newest group! We are so excited to introduce S2S Hard Core. This class is for all of our clients looking for “a little more”. If you enjoy sweating, fun competition, and a little bit of cardiovascular exercise, this is for you! Combining individual body weight and light weight dumbbells with quick interval changes, this class challenges strength and endurance. You will move through a variety of exercises quickly with short rest breaks. A total body experience, participants leave feeling youthful and energetic!
Abs and Buns (30 minutes)
A shorter group session targeting abdominals and gluts! Everyone loves to isolate these two muscle groups. This group will use a variety of equipment including the Bosu, the Reformer, and Therabands to flatten and harden those ab’s and lift and sculpt those buns!
Essential Matwork (55 minutes)
A great starting point for beginners, the Essential Matwork class teaches the Five Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES®, and builds a foundation of exercises required to move on to the next level. This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. Props may be incorporated to add variety. Participants are welcome to stay in the essential classes until they feel confident enough to enter the essential/intermediate class. Matwork class capacity is 6 participants.
Essential / Intermediate Matwork (55 minutes)
For more challenge, Matwork classes at the Essential/Intermediate level will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength, with exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups. Programming may vary from session to session to include, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers, Flex Band® exercisers, Toning Balls, Fitness Circle® resistance rings, and BOSU®* trainers. Matwork class capacity is 6 participants.
Advanced Matwork
This class provides a challenging abdominal workout. A variety of multi-planar body positions are assumed by balancing and supporting one’s own weight. Most of these exercises will require some practice! But don’t give up, it is so rewarding when a new exercise is mastered. A client must be proficient in an intermediate class prior to joining an advanced group session.
Teens (55 minutes)
Enjoy an invigorating workout with your peers! Geered towards young bodies, this class will create long, lean muscles through matwork and various equipment props.
