Cardio / Core: A New and energetic class that utilizes low impact equipment such as Jump Board & BOSU to increase heart rate while toning muscle and developing core strength. Balance, jump & pump, we will do it all!
Reformer Level 1-2: Essential to Intermediate level pilates Reformer group classes designed for the beginner to the moderately more advanced participant. Classes can be modified in difficulty and intensity depending on the needs of the class members. Small props and equipment may be included to add a challenge or aid in assisting when necessary.
Reformer Level 3-4: Pilates Reformer for the more seasoned participant. These exercises will be more advanced and require a solid base in the Stott Pilates method. Small props or other equipment may be included to assist or challenge.
Cardio & Kettlebell: We are now offering KETTLEBELL! This is a weighted workout that will keep your heart rate up and will strengthen all muscle groups. As with all of our classes we can “power up“ or” modify down” depending on your fitness level.
Mat Plus: Traditional Pilates mat exercises “plus” additional equipment that may include or feature Foam Rollers, Stability Ball, Stability Discs, Toning Balls, and Bands.
Hard Core: 45 min. is just enough of this high intensity workout. We have added new equipment to make this workout fun and diverse. Variety keeps the workout fresh and is a great way to shake up your routine.
Abs & Buns: A 30 min. class that will target the abdominals and the glutes.
